The guy is an absolute winner. Ledon worked on many real estate deals with me before I found the right one. He always was ready to help and give me the answers I needed. One of the deals he wasn't even going to make any money on, yet he hooked me up with people who could help me moving forward. Ledon always has the answers to complicated questions, and if he doesn't, he goes out of his way to get those answer as quickly as possible. Your crazy if you work with anybody else. Until the day Ledon retires, I will never even consider doing any real estate moves with Ledon being directly involved. He's your guy, every day all day.
